There is a distance each day between original ideas--never done before--and those which are
derivative-- used to end a meeting! Original ideas are like new poems, heartful, inventive and
self-created. The others are old hat remedies to worn out directions. What is needed is a vigor
to connect the creative to a product--where both emerge with a new-ness, a freshness, which
compels viewers or readers to investigate such new thought, new creative--in a way still collaborative-- with each generation: each time. Together the idea becomes a form of reality
shared by those who connect. Each age can connect to their own message if it works. Otherwise
its invisibility becomes glaring; lost in the gaggle of other messages; old stock formulaes that
resonate with dead echos.
